The terms for Renomo and the Authority Blueprint.

1. Who you are contracting with

Renomo is operated by pageBody GmbH, Bahnstr. 12, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany (Managing Director Ayhan Polat; Amtsgericht Wiesbaden HRB 33128; VAT DE350739802). These Terms govern your use of the app and your purchase. Full company details are in the Impressum. Questions: info@pagebody.de.

2. What you buy

The Authority Blueprint is bought per run at a fixed price: the capture of your public LinkedIn profile, the voice interview, and your scored Blueprint with its stage plan. There are no prepaid balances to buy or keep. You are charged only for work that is delivered: if a run fails on our side, you do not pay for it. A voice interview that connects counts as part of that run, however the call ends.

3. Price and VAT

The total you pay, with VAT, is shown before you confirm your purchase.

4. Refunds for unused runs

A run is unused while its interview has not started. You can refund an unused run yourself, any time, from your Blueprint run page; no email needed. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected; this refund right is in addition to them.

5. Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, inform us (pageBody GmbH, Bahnstr. 12, 65205 Wiesbaden; info@pagebody.de) by a clear statement, for example a letter or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest, using the same means of payment you used.

6. The service, availability, and changes

The Blueprint and any content suggestions are produced with AI and are advisory. You review and decide; nothing is posted to your LinkedIn without your action. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, and we may improve or change features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms or to paid features.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service for your own LinkedIn presence and provide a LinkedIn URL you are entitled to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual duty, and then limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

9. Ending the contract

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (info@pagebody.de). Deletion permanently erases your account and associated data, as described on the Privacy page; payment and invoice records are retained for the statutory period.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

pageBody GmbH is not obliged to and does not participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law and language

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The contract language is English.
